YUVIQ LUXE operates this online jewellery store. This policy describes what we collect when you shop with us or message us, and who we share it with.

1. Information We Collect

Your name, phone number and email address.
Your delivery address, including city, state and PIN code.
Your order history, and the invoices raised against it.
How you paid — the method, and the last four digits of a card where one was used. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or passwords.
WhatsApp messages you send us, and our replies, so a conversation can be continued rather than restarted.
Requests to be told when a sold-out piece returns.
Technical information your browser sends — IP address, device and browser type — and cookies set by Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.

2. How We Use Data

To take, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to tell you where it is.
To take payment, issue your tax invoice, and process a refund if one is due.
To answer you on WhatsApp or by email when you contact us.
To meet our obligations under Indian tax law, which requires invoice records to be kept.
To measure how the website is used and how our advertising performs.
To send offers, only if you have asked us to. Order and delivery messages are sent either way, because they are part of the order you placed.

3. WhatsApp Usage

We use the WhatsApp Business API to send order and delivery updates, and to reply when you message us. Marketing messages are sent only to people who have opted in, and you can ask us to stop them at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed, with:

Our courier — your name, address and phone number, so the parcel can be delivered.
Our payment gateway — the details needed to take payment. They handle the card or UPI details directly; we do not.
Google and Meta — website usage, and your email or phone in a hashed, non-readable form, so we can measure our advertising.
Anyone the law requires, where we are obliged to disclose.

5. Keeping and Removing Your Data

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Everything else we keep only while it is useful for the purposes above. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to remove it, write to us at the address below — we will do what the law allows, though invoices we are required to keep cannot be deleted.
